Oh I took a Bus once to see the small city I had just moved to. The driver kept letting people out until I was the only passenger left. It was taking so long even though we were in the city. I was later told the driver likely enjoyed me sitting behind his seat...that it’s known among drivers to do this for newbies...and if you’re reasonably attractive and well dressed all the more.... And they can spot those who aren’t accustomed to using the bus.
I still don’t forgive my parents for having me take two buses into New Orleans everyday on Canal Street to attend an all girls, Catholic High School. Then two buses back through the inner city.But they had to impress the Jones’.
Crowding, no air condition often, and a lot of times no place to sit, and weirdos rubbing up against you. One black guy sat next to me, and started moving his fingers underneath my skirt.
Telling me I felt, “warm”. Black bus driver did nothing. I got off safely, but felt sick about it a long time.
