I am in public customer service. I cannot help but note that the great majority of blacks I encounter treat me, a white guy helping them, with a not-so-subtle surliness and aloofness, that is inappropriate to show to a person that is physically helping they and their family members. Few tip. But ‘some’ are wonderful, sweet, normal, respectful people. Why can’t we all just get along and be kind to one another? Ain’t happening

I have a family member who has been over a year now working in a Major Hospital. His job is basically trouble shooting between Dr.s Staff and Patients @ family members etc.

He never thought one way or another regarding the black population. He views it much differently now as he’s had to deal with the race cards and unreasonable hot tempers etc. over the slightest things.

I do believe they often watch for an “opportunity” of racism in their view regardless if there is one or not they will see it.
