1st: get the jab so you will be safe from Covid, like a polio vaccine or smallpox protection.
2nd: Mostly safe.
3rd: Not protected actually but with another booster you will have milder case of Covid. And be permitted to work, drive a truck, go to a restaurant and to get medical care at a hospital.
They introduced the Polio Vaccine after eliminating the source of the spread of polio by enforcing better water treatment, sewage treatment and mandatory pasteurization ....hmmmm
