The lawsuit, filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and U.S. Rep. Beth Van Duyne, is the latest in a string of measures to limit coronavirus safety measures.
The suit is the latest in a slew of state efforts to challenge COVID-19 safety measures in court. The state is locked in several legal battles with cities, counties and school districts over masks in public schools. Texas also has sued the Biden administration over federal vaccine mandates for health care workers, federal contractors and large businesses.

Calling the mandates “safety measures” is preemptively legitimizing them before the merits have even been debated. Good job, “editors”!
There has never been a pre-COVID, peer reviewed and universally accepted study result that proves even N99 medical masks stop ANY VIRUS.

Masks are intended for stopping 100’s if not 1000’s of time larger BACTERIA. Simple geometry of pathogen size (a number) versus mask fiber thread count (space distance between adjacent threads)
