One of the walking live streamers said she was arrested for being drunk. She didn’t look drunk to me. not sure.
I watched that and the guy telling the “Ottawalks” guy that she was intoxicated is a few fries short.
The guy posting the video discussed the crazy guy trashing Tamara a little later on with some other people on the street.
The trasher of Tamara is a regular on the street guy in that part of town homeless and high himself.
