Actually this is supposed to be civil case. So, he has an perfect out to just plead the fifth because the Manhattan DA is pursuing a criminal case. No one forced the banks to loan his companies money based on those figures—they willingly did it. I am sure they did their due diligence beforehand. If not, it’s all on them. Real estate valuations are very fluid.

I would simple plead the Fifth if that is possible. I would not answer the questions as they are a trap not a legit attempt to enforce civil law. "I do not remember", "I do not recall" or "I do not know about that," could entrap him if there are emails or text messages or a corrupt former attorney sitting in jail willing to lie to get out. Even if something occurred 10 years ago and Trump really does not remember the details, a email or letter from ten years ago could entrap him.
Upon arrival at court house to testify DJT will be arrested, cuffed, perp walked for Media, and jailed without bond.
He’ll be held until his trial without communication in solitary. He’ll be brought into the court room shackled to a wheel chair and gagged.

The loanee can contest the appraisal and offer his own. . .but it’s up to the lender to decide, not Trump. Every real estate agent under the sun has contested an appraisal. . .in fact, it is the duty of a real estate agent to do so in the interest of negotiating the best price for their client.
