I might ask this question...did the guy have a legal gun in his possession, and if not...the DA is in a tough position to avoid real prosecution.
I think he’ll claim he was under some drug influence, and get some suspended five-year probation period.

O'Connell specializes in criminal law at her own practice. She has handled a number of high-profile cases, defending Dejuan Hammond in his witness murder trial and helping secure a murder acquittal for a defendant in the 2009 Old Louisville "body in the basement" case.
Yesterday at least one news outlet referred to Quintez Brown as an activist, possibly connected to extreme right wing groups. They knew he was an ‘activist’ but somehow overlooked the fact that he was BLM.
BLM is operating just how Eric Holder designed it.
And eventually we’ll find out that Greenburg set this ‘assassination attempt’ up himself.
OK, no red flags about the DA. Does appear to be closing in on retirement - mid to late 60s. Judge does appear defense oriented.
