A MANHUNT has been launched after a mini digger and skip loader were stolen in Southampton.
Police are appealing for witnesses to thefts, which happened on the building site behind the Co-Op in Archers Road.
The first took place on Wednesday, February 9 and CCTV images show two men stealing a 1.5 tonne yellow skip loader from the site between 6.53pm and 7.12pm.
A white Ford Transit was seen nearby and is believed to be linked to the incident.
The second theft took place between Saturday (February 12) at 3pm and Monday (February 14) at 7.45am.
A Kubota 617-3 Excavator was stolen and its roof was torn off and left at the scene.
Hampshire Constabulary has issued an appeal: "Have you seen any suspicious activity in the area at these times?
"Have you seen the stolen machinery?
"Please contact us on 101 or report on our website, quoting 44220062062."
That really narrows it down /s
Not to be a PIA, but could people PLEASE remember to identify where stories come from-there’s nothing to give me a clue to what country this is from, never mind state. Aaarrgghhhh!!!
We now return you to your scheduled programming.
It says U.K. in the topics.
If they steal one more we’re going to start taking out the keys at night.

Also “Southampton” and “Hampshire Constabulary”.
I sort of like trying to figure out from the clues where a story is from. Doesn’t hurt if the poster will put the location into keywords, though.
Feel the same as you do.
Uh, it’s obviously from England. The city is named in the title.
