When Putin doesn’t invade—they will paint it as a “Great Victory” that Biden stared down Putin—and Putin blinked and pulled back bringing Peace! Ukraine withdrew their request to join NATO so Putin Won. A real Hero would go to Kiev! Then say, his presence detoured Putin!
