Yeah, owners are happy to pay black players millions to win games, but they refuse to hire black coaches. /s
What the NFL or its owners won't say is that coaching a football team takes a lot of brains, and that blacks having an IQ one standard deviation below whites reduces the number who are up to it.

Of course the ultimate goal is to have more blacks as team owners. The coach thing is just a way station.

So, to make the teams more “diverse” the number of black players has to be cut back significantly, to “look like” America...

I thought the teams were independently owned and operated?
Has anyone looked at the NFL front office for compliance to hiring quotas?

What would that arrogant destructive POS know about ‘generic decency’?

Remember how blacks complained when the Men’s Olympic Basketball team had one white guy on it?

There aint no such thing as ‘generic decency’.
Did Ms Psaki cook that nonsense up for you?
I think she was just joking when she said it.

Is Joe concerned about coaching blackheads? Need a dermatologist?

So much for professional sports being the last bastion of hiring on the basis of merit.

What about Asian coaches? And womyn are grossly unrepresented. Let’s have quotas based on race and gender for head and assistant coaches.

Yeah, he is the least decent person to ever go into politics, much less win the presidency. He is a horrible, indecent man.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell acknowledged Wednesday that the NFL has fallen “short” in its goals of hiring more coaches of color and “is not doing a good enough job” in its efforts. This is why you’ve lost the majority of your fan base, you morons. Most of us don’t care what color our players or coaches are; we care about talent and capability.
We don’t want your stupid “woke” B.S. in our faces when we’re trying to enjoy a game, either. Only stupid Democrats care about crap like that.

Of course the owners would gladly give up their ownership to those less fortunate black people, right?

When Andy Reid retires in a couple or three years, and Eric Bienemy gets the HC job, people will say it's just because he's black.
All because of Joe shooting off his mouth about football when he should have been profusely apologizing to Vlad and Zelensky for trying to start a war.
*******.

super bowl just played the national anthem and everyone stood...
yeah...didnt happen
it was the BLACK national anthem..and so of course all the players were there with no knees.

We had a black head coach in Cleveland, name of Hue Jackson. His record was 3-36-1. Biden probably thinks the Browns are racist for letting him go.

Black billionaires can pool their money together, and buy existing or expansion teams and bless some democrat-led paradise.
St Louis, MO is wide open, as is Oakland, CA. How does Birmingham, AL not have a franchise?
Turn-key operations, really.

"The league of 32 teams currently has just one black coach, one Latino coach and one Arab-American coach, while the rest of the coaches are white."
False. That is HEAD coaches, not total coaches. Based on what I see on the sidelines, most if not all teams have two to five black assistant coaches.
One of 32 head coaches is a little more than 3%, and 4 coaches would equal a little more than 12% of the coaches, roughly equal to the percent of blacks in the country. So all of his outrage is generated by a shortage of THREE coaches.
"But blacks are 71% of the players!!!" It's a different skill set. I can think of only one great player in the modern era - Mike Ditka - who later became an outstanding head coach. Maybe I'm forgetting someone, but there haven't been many.
And how "racist" can a league be when 71% of the players are black and many of them make more money in one year than most whites do in a lifetime?
