Unless the Russians aren’t looking to achieve a broad breakthough and take the entirety of the country... the last war in 2014 the Russians used their tanks to strongpoint land seized by ‘insurgents’. If they repeated that same strategy then there is little need for overland operational mobility. You roll them into position using hard paved roads for the most part.
