Police have intercepted hundreds of vehicles trying to enter Paris as part of a protest against France's coronavirus regulations.
Authorities have deployed more than 7,000 officers over the next three days in a bid to stop the demonstrators.
Some vehicles managed to arrive at the Arc de Triomphe in the city, and tear gas was fired at demonstrators on the nearby Champs-Élysées.
Similar demonstrations have started to spread around the world.
Austria and Belgium have banned such convoys from entering their capitals, with similar demonstrations also emerging in Australia, New Zealand and the Netherlands.
The groups were inspired by the self-styled Canadian "Freedom Convoy" which has disrupted trade on the US border and occupied streets in Ottawa.
On Saturday, police in Paris said they had intercepted hundreds of vehicles heading into the city and issued more than 300 tickets to drivers, as well as arresting 14 people. Two were allegedly carrying knives, hammers and petrol canisters, and five were allegedly carrying slingshots.

If you are driving a French car, I would think carrying a hammer would be quite common. Carrying extra petrol is just smart given the possibility of gas stations being either closed or out of stock.

When BLM protesters were rioting and looting, the typical reaction of leftist governments was for their leaders to join the demonstrations and tell the police to stand down. Now, anyone who protests is an “insurrectionist,” a “terrorist,” and a “white supremacist,” and the tear gas flies, batons swing, and arrests are made.
The question is, how much I justice are the people willing to take? The liberal bias,, and liberal power (they own everything g powerful, the police, courts, judges, efenmout Supreme Court, and they ownmthe press too) is massive, and people are suffering terribly because of it. I think we are coming to a line in the sand. Is it prophecy being fulfilled? Possibly. Thr Bible says there is massive unrest in the end times, and it looks like unrest is going global now, with .iberal governments loading it over their citizens, and the citizens finally saying enough is enough.

They can easily be manipulated by public health “experts” and teacher union officials.
These people pretend that if Mr. Austrian is unvaccinated all of Austria will be threatened but eagerly await Mr. Unvaccinated Refugee, who hopefully will supply the needed votes to maintain leftists in power.
All refugee and asylum programs must be ended - now.
All international travel must be ended except for medically secure goods transit. A Canadian trucker might drop off a trailer in a Detroit parking lot and an American trucker would move it on. Chinese sailors would not get off in Long Beach or LA but stay on their ship.

I was in Paris in 2016 when tens of thousands of motorcyclists were lined up on the street.
At the appointed time, they roared into motion.
Police and Parisians stood on the sidewalks as they rode away.
There was no violence and no police misconduct. The government was informed that its planned action was unwelcome.
