Participants from all four countries remain committed to the 2015 'Minsk' peace agreement between Kyiv and Moscow on the separatist conflict, and will "continue to work with vigour on implementing it", they said.
They have agreed to meet again in March 'after' the next meetings of the so-called Trilateral Contact Group, which includes representatives of Russia, Ukraine and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

Good. Leave the USA out of this. They may feel that Biden would just confuse or slow things down too much anyway. He tends to hear what he wants to hear, not necessarily what was intended.

These threads I posted are out of Kyvi...their reporters and articles. It is good to see how Kyvi is reporting on these events....but of course you couldn’t identify anything but you’re own opinion...and we all know where that is.

they’re apparently focused on the Risk ! and 2 agreements and getting these back on track, Ukraine agreed also until the US encouraged them not to. he problem is too many politicians in the US have a vested interest $$$ wise in Ukraine so anything that threatens their investments is out of the question. They really don’t care about Ukrainians themselves.
There’s some truth in that I think...But Pelosi, Biden, Romney and a few others don’t want anything that’s going to interfere with their $$$ investments in Ukraine.

From my couch it sure does look like Biden wants them to.
According to military experts Russia needs to go very soon,once spring thaw comes in few weeks tanks and heavy equipment movement will be very difficult because of muddy grounds
