So then you have taxpayer funding of private schools, with all the controls government places on its money. Hardly a solution.
About the only solution is to allow individual taxpayers to get back the taxes they pay for schools and allow them to spend that money on private schools or home school. For example, if 45% of a state's spending is on primary and secondary school education then the taxpayer should get back 45% of their state taxes they pay. That way they aren't subsidizing state schools, the state isn't subsidizing the private school or home school, and neither side has a say in what the other side does.

No controls. Give the money to the families and let them do whatever the hell they want with it.
I'd also propose another measure that should help greatly: Eliminate all compulsory education laws.

Trump’s worst moment was endorsing her AND LYING about Robbie Starbuck by saying he voted for Obama.
It got me sick when the left slandered Trump by saying he mocked the military. And now Trump goes and lies about Robby Starbuck by saying he heard he voted for Obama. I never would have thought Trump would have done such a thing and then to do it for this woman who got married by Ruth Bader Ginsburg and supported Jeb Bush really makes me question who the hell Trump is and who he is listening to.
(I don’t understand why people have children if they’re just scraping by financially. It leads to child neglect on many levels. But that’s just me.)

I don’t know too much about this stuff but I know I read that she used to be a Christian so I wonder if she actually renounced Christ in order to formally become Jewish and marry her husband. Just like Ivanka who probably advised Trump to endorse her.
Well, Dad is a preacher and he and Mom probably believed that, but the five of us children were neglected re healthcare, nutrition, etc., and are emotionally messed up in different ways. I doubt that God thinks that is cool.
Any time you're doing something with the government's money then the government will put controls and limitations on it.
