A B.C. provincial court judge has ordered a father not to talk with his 11-year-old son about COVID-19 vaccination or to share any social media or other information about the vaccine and the disease with his child.

Totalitarian government has arrived.

I would hate to be going through a divorce in these times.

“Your Honor, how in good faith could you award custody to the father when he is unvaccinated and is clearly a health threat to the child?”

Life requires thousands of decisions - every day. Some you make alone, like the first one of every day: Should I get up now? Most are simple: How much toothpaste? How full should my coffee cup be? How bright should I turn the light dimmer?

Some are difficult: Should my child get a vaccination? Compared to you, the LEAST knowledgeable people about YOUR life are your doctor, your lawyer, or, even worse, a judge. They make their decisions about you from just a few minutes of discussion and observation. They all have years of training and experience, but none of it tells them anything about you. They don’t make their decisions about your specifics they make them from their own general knowledge, with just a brief overview of you. They can easily get that wrong.

They are also deeply afraid of litigation. They likely carry or are given expensive insurance covering it. Avoiding litigation is likely equal to, or even more important than your specific circumstances. They’re very likely to avoid going against ‘guidelines’ for that reason alone. Remember that!
