I’m scratching my head wondering why the heck they had a 14,000 employee workforce No kidding. Sounds like a lot of excess capacity which wasn't supported by demand. They're products and services are seriously EXPENSIVE.

A significant portion of their workforce are the “trainers” who work remotely, leading the trendy group sessions. If interest is fading, they would likely be the first to be given the boot.
