Trump endorses Loren Culp in challenge to WA Rep. Dan Newhouse, who voted for impeachment

Continuing his revenge spree against Republicans who voted to impeach him for stoking the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, former President Donald Trump on Wednesday endorsed Loren Culp, the former Washington gubernatorial candidate and challenger to U.S. Rep. Dan Newhouse.

Newhouse, R-Sunnyside, was among the 10 House Republicans who voted to impeach Trump last year, along with fellow Washington Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Battle Ground.

In a statement, Trump bashed Newhouse for joining “the Radical Left Democrats to vote for the Impeachment Hoax.” He called Culp “a man of the people” who would stand up for “Election Integrity” and gun rights.

“Loren will never turn his back on Central Washington, or our Country. Loren Culp has my Complete and Total Endorsement!” Trump wrote.

Ya see, accordingly the snarky author, it's perfectly ok for Newhouse to vote to remove Trump from power (even though he'd be leaving office within 10 days), but it's not ok for Trump to work to remove Newhouse from power.

Well, come next January, there won't be many impeachment voting "republicans" left in Congress (if any).

Hopefully the same thing about next January can be said for RINOs and that terrific traitor, Mitch McConnell.

Former Sheriff Culp has a damn good shot of unseating Rino Newhouse.

Eastern Washington is Trump country. Newhouse will be out. I know Culp ran against Inslee and I voted for him, but there are other candidates I need to learn about before I cast my vote.

Man, I hope you’re right. I voted for Loren for governor and have been a critic of Newhouse for a long time.
