Perceived? Then all those mandates, lock-downs, curfews, etc., really aren't restrictions? If not, then they can be ignored, without arrests, fines, jail, or other sanctions? Who knew?
The perceived government restrictions were just part of our overactive imagination.
I guess that means they weren’t real and we can ignore them now.
