I’m guessing he’s covered by the NYT insurance, while the reporter may not be, or not as well covered.
The Times is probably covered by liability insurance, but after paying off Sandman and now Palin the liability insurance may get a lot more pensive. Rittenhouse maybe waiting in the wings.
