I completely agree. To the left, an apology is merely an invitation to further attacks. The left doesn’t want to make peace with Rogan. The left doesn’t want to coexist with Rogan. The left wants, and needs, Joe Rogan gone.

I think it’s true that when someone like Rogan apologizes, they smell blood. However, when someone is openly defiant of them, they are equally as energized. Attacking people and attacking information is what the media does these days, and they are at the top of the information food chain. They are invigorated by their power to influence, and they’ve been doing it for so long that they love a challenge.
So you’re right, apologizing doesn’t make them go away, and in fact just the opposite. But you can’t bully them either. Trump was arguably the most attacked many in American history.
And nobody else. If things change between Conservatives and Leftists, we can use someone who might be nicer, who can exercise more tact, and won't make as many unforced political errors. We don't need someone like George W. Bush who would say: "I disagree with my esteemed colleague on the other side of the aisle..." we need someone who says un-tactfully and un-apologetically: "I am right and they are wrong. They are getting their information from fake news..."
But right now, someone like him is needed, and we need to come together and get that into our heads.
He makes mistakes. But he understands the dynamic of Leftism in a way that other politicians might, the difference that sets him apart is that he is completely unafraid to call them out right to their faces.
To their faces.
Additionally, he understands fully the pitfalls of apologizing for the sole reason of appeasing Leftists, because he knows two things:
BINGO
