Hmm, election season is coming up, time to make this seem normal for the rest of the school year if you are the Governor and want another term. If you are the Dem Sen. President from New Haven, however, you want the kids in face diaper for the rest of the year so your job is easier.

It's also cute the Public Health Commissioner has no data of school transmission rates, decides they are low due to masks and jabs that don't stop the Coof from spreading. In the private sector, people like that would be fired and laughed out of the room.

The Narrative is imploding! Run!

In twenty years, Democrats will say “the parties switched”.

REPUBLICANS were the party of Big Pharma, lockdowns, mask & vaccine mandates....

Why wait until Feb 28? Is that some kind of magical date?

Connecticut is full of idiot politicians but this much belated decision to return to normalcy is only made possible by the Connecticut citizens who got out into the streets day after day to make their voices heard.

This whole Covid/ Vax Scamdemic is finally coming to an end as all viral outbreaks do. It is now time to:1) Prepare to care for the rise in the vax injured. 2) Prepare for the upcoming Nuremberg trials II. Hold ALL responsible for damages, not just the vax figureheads, but all government agencies, medical groups, and any one who aided and abetted.

Unfortunately, it will take years for the full side effects to be fully realized. We are entering the next phase, fully ramped up DENIAL by our government ,“health professionals”, and the jabbed. We will see how the panic phase develops during “ discovery “….the “ anger” phase will be historic.

Lamont saw the light—after he felt the heat.

I was listening to the Candace Owens/Robert Malone interview, a few day ago, and she ripped Governor Lamont (apparently Candace is also from Connecticut) for having claimed that they had their first infant death due to CoVid (a believe this was last year) -- so therefore mothers should get all their little children 'vaccinated'.
Everyone thought (and knew) that children (and young people in general) are in no danger to Covid - so the Governor was just trying to whip up fear to maximize the number of people getting shots - even though the shots presented a greater danger than the CoVid.
Candace explained that she researched the claim, and found out that the mother had been a drug addict, and accidentally strangled the baby to death. The hospital tested the corpse, and found some evidence of a CoVid virus - so thus the baby was classified as a CoVid death. Candace was livid about how the Governor lied to scare the crap out of young mothers and subsequently place little children in danger by taking these shots that provide them with no benefit.

My Companies headquarters are in CT. The State is a zombie.

Over 1/2 the 8,000 people that work for my Company in CT have been working from home and could live ANYWHERE.

I go on Zillow and all of the Houses are being bought by Investment Corporations and Zillow thinks home prices will go up ANOTHER 10% this year.

CT is dead man walking. They can call Ron Desantis as much as they want, but flights to Florida are cheap and people are seeing reality with their own eyes.

The Republican gubernatorial candidates are already running ads - they would not be doing so if they didn’t see an opportunity coming up.

Lamont is running for real-election so he threw the political hot potato back onto the local school boards to decide mask mandates.

His hands are clean..

I have Zombie friends that live there that comment how great Ned is and how Terrible “deathsantis” is.

The people of CT deserve him. Even when they wake up, they need to stay out of Red states.

Trump’s been gone a year. CT is still acting like it is March 2020.

Fauci said masks didn’t work then and nothing has shown they have worked in the 23 months since.

They had probably an hour long, at least, press conference today announcing it with lots of doublespeak mumbo-jumbo talking about “off ramps, guard rails, community spread, and every other word we’ve heard 8000 times during this “pandemic.“ Essentially, cases are falling rapidly, like everyone here said they would based on data from South Africa and they finally acknowledged that it was much less dangerous than every other variant, but they still want essentially two more weeks of data to make sure the trend that has happened in every other country, state, city, etc. Happens in Connecticut.

I think he finally saw places like New Jersey and Delaware ending the mandates and finally decided to join the rest of the group. Throughout the pandemic Lamont has never been a leader, he simply just followed along, for the most part, with whatever Cuomo did in New York.

The exceptions will be things like vaccine mandates for large venues in a second state wide mask mandate like they tried in New York until the court shot that down.

Compared to some of the other governors in New England, I begrudgingly will admit that Lamont has been one of the better ones, if you exclude New Hampshire.

Massachusetts put in a statewide employee vaccine mandate, or you get fired. Connecticut at least left the testing option in place. Despite calls for state wide mask mandates, and local mayors, selectmen, etc. Basically implementing their own mask mandate and begging him to do it state wide, once he dropped the mask mandate in May 20 21 he never we instituted it, no matter how high the cases went, unlike New York or Rhode Island. Also, he never pushed for a vaccine mandate for things like sporting events as they have in New York and other states.
