This is good, Youngkin’s mask mandate ban is upheld.

From story

The Supreme Court of Virginia has dismissed a lawsuit from a group of parents in Chesapeake who sued over Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s mask-optional executive order in schools, but the justices did not weigh in on whether the governor’s order is legal.

“the state’s Supreme Court does not impact the temporary injunction”

So in other words one lib circuit judge has more power than the sitting Governor

Overwhelmingly the state’s school districts have accepted Youngkins EO. I doubt many of those would go back and change it. They were waiting for their freedom from Northam. Hope I’m correct. There are a few Dem areas that are opposing the EO.

This case was dismissed on procedural grounds rather than the merits. It means nothing. There is still a suit by seven school boards pending that will likely be decided on the merits. That’s the one to watch.

Those few Dem areas are Dee Cee suburbs.

My brother lives there.
