And as long as the coroner could show that kneeling on his neck contributed to his death

That's not what the coroner or the report testified--it said the knee was on Floyd's "back." The defense lawyer pointed this out after the prosecutor claimed the knee was on Floyd's "neck."

The next time the prosecutor referred to this detail in the proceedings, he weasled his words--tacitly admitting he'd been caught lying--and now described the knee as on Floyd's "neck area."

I simulated this situation over a year ago, (with an unnamed assistant). I was 66 yrs old, 185 lbs, with a considerably smaller and weaker neck. On a wood floor.

Uncomfortable? Oh yeah. But you pump air with your diaphram, not with your rib cage. Harder to breathe? Yeah, but I could breathe. I little painful on the chest muscles in that area, and a little sore there for a couple of days.

After hearing about the knee actually being on the right upper area of the left shoulder blade, I thought that would definately have been less stress than directly on the lower neck.

Chauvin weighed about 160 lbs. He was in a 4 point stance. There probably wasn’t more than 60 lbs on the man’s back.

(Disclaimer: I don’t do drugs or booze, so my comparison is unfair. Sorry.)

He was overdosed- severely overdosed- a coronor stated he woudl have died at home had he not been arrested because he had so much fentanyl and other drugs in his system- plus yes, he had 3 serious heart issues apparently to boot= and he had covid evidently or just got over it or something i believe-

Floyd was a walking cadaver who did himself in- but who’s death was blamed falsely on a white cop for the sake of inciting riots and stoking racism and victimhood-

Lung expert: Floyd died because his breathing was restricted

Bullsh*t. Fentanyl causes breathing problems. Putting a knee on the back of someone's neck does not cause breathing problems. People have recreated this experiment several times and no one died.

George Floyd died because he overdosed on Fentanyl.

As long as the propaganda required that to be "proven", the news liars were going to keep repeating the lie.

"Finally, Your Honor, I submit the following: A stopped clock — even one that stopped in the 7th Century — is right twice a day. And so I ask you, Your Honor, is being covered in white paint asphyxiating? Because this Court is attempting to 'paint' Mr. Chauvin with the white paint of every crime supposedly carried out on Big Gorge since the beginning of time.

I tell you this, unconditionally -- the irrational drive behind hate crime legistlation is that history is only written by the winners. And I can prove it. Witness your Democrat comrades specifically complicit in abandoning American citizens in Afghanistan, just so that Biden's Taliban conspirators could paint over Big Gorge in Kabul! Can Big Gorge covered in white paint breathe? Or perhaps the Taliban leaders should also be subpoenaed to this kangaroo court and prosecuted for their lack of obesiance!

I hearby move for an immediate Dismissal with prejudice, I move further that the state's verdict be vacated with retrial, I move further that a special prosecutor be appointed to determine why the owner of El Nuevo Rodeo was never called as a material witness in the state trial."
