Most get medically DQ’d, quit, or pass out before dropping dead.
Two dropping over at the same time is completely unusual.

I’m not surprised that Hell Week is occasionally fatal. If being a SEAL were easy, everyone would be one. Next week, the daughters of 2 admirals will be Seal Graduates. They will have completed the course 'under the radar.'
Despite being 5'6" and mothers, these 120 lbs. amazons breezed through the course in record time and with no discomfort. /s
