In NY, NV, NM, and MD, the Republicans are so decimated they have no power.
But in several states, Republicans are in control and passed weak maps. Indiana. Iowa. Missouri. Kentucky. Shame on them.
Yes, in NC the Supreme Court is D controlled 4-3 so the vote to down the plan was 4-3. In Ohio, the court is 4-3 R and the “Republican” Chief Justice, appointed by Robt. Taft, has sided with the Dems twice. Thank God for Gov. DeSantis.
