Here we go again in Minnesotastan!
The perp was wanted for homicide. Think that might have been a factor?
Yeah, you point a gun, loaded or not, at a cop, you’re going to die. Everyone knows that.
Where did you get that information because it wasn’t in the story that I saw. The video shows the police using a key to enter the home. I haven’t seen anything to shows this man was anything other than a victim of senseless police homicide.

I don’t believe Mark Hanneman went in to the guys house WANTING to shoot someone. In fact, most likely, given the past couple years of police vs black males in America, he was probably dreading the thought.
If I was a Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, NYC, Seattle Portland, Houston or LA cop, I would absolutely give my notice and quit!
At around 6:48 a.m. Wednesday morning, a SWAT team executed a homicide-suspect search warrant as part of an investigation into a violent crime, authorities said.
Right from the article.

Now that they have lot’s of exciting “diversity”, it’s like a weekly occurrence.
Another Saint to soom be canonized and join Saint George Floyd, Saint Gentle Giant, Saint Trayvon, Saint.... in the constellation of Thug Saints.
Locke was NOT named in the warrant. It’s also pretty clear SOMEBODY dangerous spent time in one of the 3 apartments searched. Who knows Locke’s prior role in all this, if any, besides the police, and they don’t seem to be saying.
We supposedly have a tradition of “innocent unless proven guilty” (usually ignored on FR.) We only know part of the puzzle at present.

Thanks for pointing that out. He may have been innocent of murder but was definitely associating with people that are murderers. I know some would say he didn’t deserve to be shot but I think the old adage holds true here. Lay down with dogs and get fleas….. Sleep in the apt of a murderer and get shot by police…oh well.
