It was standing, laches, then moot. Had never heard of laches before, but the Marxists had and used it effectively.

Laches Law and Legal Definition | USLegal, Inc.

Laches is the legal doctrine that an unreasonable delay in seeking a remedy for a legal right or claim will prevent it from being enforced or allowed if the delay has prejudiced the opposing party. The doctrine is an equitable defense that seeks to prevent “legal ambush” from a party who is negligent in failing to timely make a claim.

Just asking, how did the “liberals” argue “unreasonable delay”? All 52 courts washed their dirty hands of the case within about a year. A “year” in the American judiciary is routine. I fought a multi billion dollar company for 15 years and won.

I’m just wondering if somehow Roberts put out the word through the judicial grapevine (meaning no texts, no phone calls, no emails, no handwritten notes) that he did not want this case even hold a hearing on evidence.
