Admittedly anecdotal; I noticed that too. Any unpoked friends that recently caught it had basically aches and pains, plus fatigue for 48 hours, with a lingering cough for a week or so. Myself included. Many poked that I know had much worse symptoms and were out for a week, or more. For many of them it was their 2nd, and even 3rd infection for some.
