Unmasking school children will be more difficult in heavily Democrat jurisdictions where adults mask while driving alone in their cars with the windows rolled up. To keep the kids masked, they’ll develop a sudden interest in local school autonomy. The state authorities should not fall this fake libertarianism — they must outlaw involuntary masking statewide, as Gov. Youngkin is doing in Virginia. To work, the prohibitions will need teeth.

They aren’t masks.

They’re muzzles.

Parents: Stop complying. Your children are NOT animals.

I expect voluntary masking is here to stay for some time, as it is satisfies the almost irresistible urge of liberals for virtue-signaling

Gov. Younkin needs to enforce the ‘no mask’ policy in Loudoun Co. schools.
The school board has rebelled against his mandate. Either post officers at the schools to enforce the mandate or better, arrest the school board members.
