Quebec wants to be part of Europe.
If they can’t get that, they want to Europeanize Canada, with the West being nothing more than slave provinces to feed Quebec.

Quebec has a ton of agriculture; don’t think they need the west for that. It is the goofy British Canadians who love their European queen.
