I’m calling Shenanigans. They are closing because the cartels are using their undisturbed wilderness land to move money and drugs through there. I saw it on TV. They are not closing because of harassment from people who want to stop the invasion.

I think they plan on going after Kimberly Lowe, Virginia congressional candidate who was poking around down there and a kerfuffle ensued.
In 2017 they also sued the Trump administration (think it’s still going)
