If two cars blocked you on a street and got out with shotguns, how would you react? Being unarmed and nowhere to run, maybe youd panic and go for the gun too?
Nothing was proven if the guy was robbing homes. It was pretty well confirmed he did go into one home that was under construction. My wife and I did that for homes being built in our neighborhood to see the varying floorplans. If it is a crime to do that, no one really cares. He was unarmed and had no stolen goods on him. Possible... he was casing places to rob... possible. But there was no evidence to prove it so these guys were wrong and totally guilty for what they did.
