Without vowel points, a convoy [שירה] really *is* poetry in motion:

שִׁירָה f.n. 1 song, hymn. NH 2 poetry. NH 3 music. [Nomen unitatis formed from שִׁיר. For the ending see second suff. ◌ָה.]
שַׁיָּרָה f.n. 1 caravan. NH 2 convoy, column. [Related to JAram. שֽׁיַרְתָּא, Syr. שְׁיָרְתָּא, Palm. שירתא. These words are prob. borrowed from Arab. sayyāra (= caravan), which derives from sāra (= he moved on, set out, traveled).]
