I assume the (fired) teacher tweeted his remark. Why do people tweet so much? There are some things best said in privacy. In the teacher’s case, he probably should have only said it to his boyfriend. Why do people feel the need to tweet their every thought to the whole world?

With today's teachers, the answer is, "Yes". If you have an education degree, you're not educated. Teachers are low performers coming out of high school and then go on to college for indoctrination. Their course load is not rigorous. Teachers are by and large mentally weak, uneducated, low-IQ union thugs that can only get ahead in life by extorting money from taxpayers. The vast majority never worked a real job in their life and have zero clue how the rest of the world operates.

Stop paying teachers respect and put them in their place: the unemployment line.

Which is NOT to say democrats can't be 'teachers' - because they can be...

I'm saying if teachers feel it's 'their job' is to push THEIR POLITICAL BELIEFS' on kids then they need to find a new profession.
