No, not garbage. COVID is nothing but a big scam. I've been out and about doing my normal thing the past two years, including public transportation in NYC and never even got sick once. I've never had any of the vaccinations and I only wear a mask when threatened with arrest, such as at a hospital or a NYC subway. Even then, I rip it off soon as I get out the door.

Of course there are many sheep buying into the nonsense and still wearing their ridiculous masks which do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but make you look like a compliant jackass sheep.
So take your vitamin D3, your zinc, eat well, get outside and get some exercise and you will be just fine.
