***Not very good, I would say. Based on prior GOP record of sticking their head in the sand and acting as Assistant Democrats, RINOs, GOPes, and Fauxconservatives.
The more power Republicans have, the more afraid they are to use it.
That's because Republicans believe that their base is fundamentally evil. That their principles (deportations, abortion restrictions, etc.) are evil.
So when Republicans attain power, they feel like criminals with stolen loot. They're afraid that if they spend their loot, Good People will notice and take it away from them.
