I suppose they have to get all wound up to do some of the things they do to each other.....
Guy I worked with in Ohio was gay and he said the lifestyle is an addictive one....that you have to do more and more bizarre things to yourself to get the thrill you once did. Not uncommon they become sadists.
Why are they revealing their methods of finding these people?

We’re supposed to believe that “fisting” (excuse the imagery in polite company) is only engaged in by a tiny masochistic fringe of this population. Turns out that over a third of them have done this destructive practice. And that’s not even the worst of it.
If you don’t know what “fisting” is, look it up only on an empty stomach.
