I don’t believe this. I have a 73 year old friend who’s wife has had covid for 3 weeks. Even though he still lives with her every day, he still tests negative. My sister’s husband has it right now and is sick but she continues to test negative. An employee of mine has it right now and is quarantined but feels great. He’s hoping for a negative test from his doctor Monday so he can go back to work.
There is no telling WHY this cop died and NOTHING but NOTHING the media says can be believed. They are just trying to score some LIBERAL points for their LIBERAL pals!
I have friends who, at the moment, are fully vax’d (shots and booster(s)) who have covid.
I refuse to wear a mask or get the jab and at 68 with no co-moridities, I’ve not had it yet.
Same experience. My 81 year old buddy has been confirmed to have it and has been sick for the last two weeks. His wife, a nurse, refused to get the shot and has cared for him without nary a sniffle. He’s shot up, but his doctor now thinks, after being ill, he should get a booster.
Madness.
It seems obvious that some people aren’t susceptible. I had a dandy of a cold after returning from the EU in December 2019, and luckily no colds since.
Prior to the vaccines, with the more deadly original strain, a man in his 50s who caught COVID had a 99.7% (IIRC) chance of survival. The vaccines boosted that to about a 99.95% chance of survival. Given the CDC estimate that Omicron is 1/10th as deadly, the unvaccinated survival rate for those in their 50s would be around 99.97%.
My guess is that he died WITH the WuWHO Flu, not FROM it. Right now half of the ICU beds in Arizona have someone WITH the virus, although the few statistics released indicate perhaps half of those are asymptomatic for the virus.
People that are vaxed test negative often.

Exactly right! I am 82 and rarely am ill per se, and never with respiratory problems. I rarely wear a mask but must if I go to the VA (which I must do due to my medical condition(s).
The mask mandate was never legal. Period.
But, yet, yesterday I was not allowed to bring in and use my own mask from Humana, but had to take it off, and then, wear the blue one made from open pore paper and within which I find it difficult to breath over and beyond the fact this paper mask with huge holes will allow any virus in or help dry out the spittle from congested people’s lungs.
I think the VA is following the wrong whippoorwill. But then again maybe the “directors of farce” have a bone to bite with VA Master Planners.
There is no logic or action based on proven fact by the VA administrators just like schools, church authorities, etc.
Why did his death get press in the first place?
