Cruel comment or not, thousands of so-called Darwin Awards have been bestowed on these very pages during my time on FreeRepublic. I cannot begin to count the times I have read phrases like “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes” and “Hold my beer” or heard about Karma and of course Schadenfreude. I have zero doubt that if former officer Lamay had simply gotten vaccinated he would still be alive right now, perhaps enjoying a nice hot cup of coffee, looking forward to a relaxing weekend after a satisfying week on the job and counting the days to a happy retirement and generous pension. I hope no others have died as a result of following his well-publicized lead. We don’t know whether he was treated or self-medicated with Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, our some other cocktail of drugs and vitamins, but as a celebrated poster child for the antivaxx movement, I am sure he had access to all of the above and I would not be surprised if he had Dr. Zelenko and the My Pillow guy on speed dial. Sorry you are no longer with us, Mr. Lamay. I wish you were enjoying that nice hot cup of coffee right now. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need a refill.

And then there’s those like me who got covid, got over it in two days (thought it was allergies), and then was coerced into getting the vaccine. I was healthy and 39 years old and athletic the day before the vaccine.
Then, the stroke-like symptoms began and lasted for a week. The subsequent feeling like I’m listing to and fro on a boat that’s been ongoing since August.
I have no doubt I’d still be flying my primary aircraft if I hadn’t gotten the jab.
Oh, and I recently recovered from covid again after getting vaxx’d. My unvaccinated family and I had the same symptoms and severity of illness. And we’re all fine once again, other than my lingering vaccine neurological side effects.
Therefore, no, you cannot be sure that he’d be alive to drink coffee if he had been jabbed. You can believe that all you want, but you cannot know.
I’m going to get my coffee now. Thank God the jab didn’t kill me.

Based on the statistics, it is extremely likely Lamay died WITH COVID, not from it. Not a 100% chance because a few unvaccinated people his age OUT OF A THOUSAND will die FROM the virus. But since the virus is extremely survivable (original, more deadly version before the vaccine numbers), the odds are very high that at worst, he died from something else aggravated by COVID.
In the oft chance that you are actually objective about the whole ‘Refused Vaccine - Now Dead From Covid’ media offensive you need to know some things.
1) Doctors have had effective treatment/cures for Covid-19 since Day 1, even before they had a Covid test. I came down with Covid in Jan ‘20 and was treated in hospital with anti virals and anti-biotics and cleared it in five days. I had five Co-morbidities at the time. I also was diagnosed with Influenza-A and pneumonia and had a heart attack the first day in the hospital. The doctors knew I had a ‘mystery coronavirus’ from blood testing as SARS, MERS, etc tests all were negative. So if they could cure Covid in Jan ‘20 along with influenza, pneumonia, a heart attack and five comorbidities they can certainly cure it now.
2) The ‘treatment protocols’ put in place for Covid are not meant to cure people. They are meant to kill people in order to convince everyone of the necessity to get vaxxed. Maleficent marketing strategy by the drug companies.
The vaxxes are minimally effective. So the treatment protocol should be removed, allowing health care professionals to treat it as they see fit.
If I’d gone into hospital with Covid after the treatment “protocol” was established I am certain I would have died/been killed by the protocol.
I am vaxxed, and now have pericarditis. I will not boost or get another Covid vaxx. I will not go into the hospital when I get Covid again. I have loaded up on Ivermectin and ciprofloxacin for when I get it again. I had Omicron and treated it with 12mg Ivermectin every 4 hours for four days. Then cipro for 5 days. It took a month to fully clear.
Pfizer owns our government and health care system. Bureaucrats control medical treatment and dictate treatment protocols to force usage of medicines which profit the industries which control medical treatment. It’s an evil cycle for profit.
