Thanks for the link. I grew up in the Revere/Winthrop/East Boston area so those are very familiar scenes to me. I spent many a storm as a boy watching those waves crash over the seawalls.

You have to be careful around those seawalls though. There were always some idiots who would walk along those seawalls at the height of a storm. Should you slip and fall on the wrong side of it, you are a goner, nothing can save you. The 1978 storm was the most extreme I ever saw in person. Entire neighborhoods in Revere were under water.
