Poor Shelby Scott. I remember her! If I remember correctly, the anchors in the booth would ask her to step into the snow so they could see how deep it was. Poor Shelby, always sent out into the field to flounder around in the snow and interview snow plow drivers at the Dunkin Donuts parking lot. She seemed to love every minute of it and they even pulled her out of retirement during the April Fool's 1997 blizzard.

Apparently she just passed away this previous summer.
