I think DeSantis could potentially defeat Trump in a head to head matchup but I suspect that if Trump was running DeSantis would not. Thus the real question is whether Trump will run. I’m not sure he will.
I think if Trump were running, he'd be running already. Why wait? But he doesn't want to say he's not running and see the fundraising cash dry up.
