“Speaking of corporate medicine, when I went to my Kaiser Permanente doctor for a checkup last November, I had to fill out a questionnaire that included the question, “Are you currently breast feeding a child?” As a 71-year-old male, that question didn’t seem pertinent, but the nurse had checked it off as a required field.
