The whole thing is a move to get Ukraine to give Russia concessions and to teach them US is not their friend—nor are the Germans. The threat is to say—in hours Kiev could look like May 1945 Berlin. Biden will try to paint his as a victory— but all the world will see this as a win for Russia. Worry not—Putin has more crisis planned out—Russians always have a plan.
