She needs to take a cue from Breyer. She is going to get bounced for sure in 2022 so why not do it on her own terms? There are dozens of SF rats who would love to take a flyer on her seat. All these types have so much hybris they think they are indispensable but that is never the case. Even more so on capital hill
She has to go down with the ship. Otherwise she’d have 60 retiring.
