i was involved with the local Detroit music scene in the late 80’s..early 90’s...there was a very cool decent sized bar/concert venue on the east side called ‘The Ritz’...sat about 2500-3000..anyway, Rock used to play all ages shows on Sundays...he was strictly a rapper and had the silliest high top fade hair cut...so stupid looking....but yeah, on the weekends, he’d sit in the corner and watch us all play pool...6-7 years later..boom!..he hit big...good times.

Sadly Kid Rock has become a rapper. While the message is good, I can’t stand the sound.
