Actually, he said “it’s an asset...more inflation. What a stupid son of a bitch”. I listened to it four times and every time I hear "what inflation?" My hearing sucks though, so I'll take your word for it.

I think I got it now. He said:
"It's a great asset ... more inflation. What a stupid son of a bitch."
I had to run it through an audio equalizer app to get rid of the low end of the audio so I could hear it.
