I don’t see why Ukrainian government woulds say this if they thought Russia was about to invade?
Maybe because this is all being staged by the Russians and the Ukrainians.
I am not NRO sat analyist...,but when I saw the photos of the tanks and trucks all lined up in a row, there were two vehicles that appeared to be running. The rest were covered with snow. And the snow on the ground was fresh.
I see tons of pictures of assets on the ground. But not a lot that indicate a lot of people manning those assets.
