My little brother who has been an airline Captain for decades had similar heart issues after getting the Pfizer. It is a bizarre tale with many ups and downs, but the government, airlines, and flight surgeons currently are lowering their standard to keep vaccinated professional pilots in the air. It really is almost unbelievable. The standards especially for private pilots were unreasonable in many ways, but now for the professionals at least... a history of severe heart problems does not necessarily keep one out of the cockpit for very long. Whether this will eventually result in a crashed airliner full of people is hard to say.
