That picture should evoke feelings of some dismay in normal people. Experimenting on monkeys should be done if there a bona fide reason that involves saving human lives, stopping disease or betterment of the human species as a whole. Transgender experiments on monkeys is none of those as far as I am concerned. It is pandering to flawed psyches, political motivations and misplaced priorities of people who really shouldn't have the power or resources that they do.
